This post was written as an entry for 24 hours on The Balearics contest sponsored by OnTheBeach.com. The prize is £500 in Amazon Vouchers and the contest runs until August 17, 2012. if I had 24 hours in the Balearics...does this mean I have 24 hours kid free? Awesome, then I'm getting in the water asap! My priority with any vacation is if there's good swimming & snorkeling. I love to see all the various life that's underwater. I'm an average swimmer, but snorkeling seems to allow me to cruise along with no problem. I've outfitted my little point & shoot digital camera with a waterproof case & it's so much fun to get some awesome shots of the various things around there. So that's where I'd go first.
After that I'm always exhausted, because who ISNT tired after a day of swimming? So next priority would be to get a bite to eat & then sit on the shore watching the sunset with a drink in hand. Food & water and I'm happy!
But as a special treat, when I get tired of the water, there's always an aquarium!Rachael sudlowhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/17947578469789666845noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2121507414822824000.post-86003176175967617962009-08-06T13:04:00.001-05:002009-08-06T13:06:30.487-05:00Always a bridesmaid...<table width="600" border="0">

<th scope="row">It works by burying a 5 gallon bucket at ground level. I then piled the extra dirt around it to create a little valley. Over that goes a rubber liner, with a hole cut in for the bucket's opening (just a bit smaller). in the bucket went a pump & some bricks to hold the rock. Over the top of the bucket went a piece of metal screen. The decorative fountain rock went on top of that (with the pump's tube piped through). pour in some water, add the rocks to hide the liner & voila! </th>
